<p>I tend to get a little pissed-off when I see this style of marketing (targeting people who are just getting introduced to Affiliate Marketing and don&#8217;t know any better.)</p>

<p>Hello, this is <a title="Frank Kern" href="http://frankkern.com/" target="_blank">Frank Kern</a> and welcome to The State of the Internet Address 2012, second quarter, springtime edition. Second quarter is a great quarter of our year because we are entering the spring especially good in the springtime because the entire focus of the whole planet really is on growth. And that&#8217;s I like to talk about with you today and this State of the Internet Address.</p>
<p>Growth, specifically in your business and even more specifically how you can grow your business 500% in the coming months. So in order for us to experience five times growth in our businesses, five times the amount of revenue generated, five times the amount of fulfillment created in your life by your business. Five times the amount of value delivered to your market place. We have to have four pillars and if we have these four pillars we can experience virtually unlimited growth in our businesses, but if you even have one them are missing then we&#8217;re going to be stuck.</p>
<p>So, here they are. Pillar number one is to shed all encumbrances towards growth. Pillar number two is to embrace the three master strategies towards economic growth. Pillar number three is to deploy proven tactics for growth and the pillar number four is to grow towards the sun, which I know sounds kind of metaphysical and weird. So, I would rest that one in a minute.</p>
<p>So let&#8217;s talk about pillar number one, shedding your encumbrances the things that are getting in the way of you and the five times growth. So in order to experience this type of growth you have to be able to think clearly, obviously. You have to be able to make fast decisions and you have to be able to implement quickly. As a matter of fact, it&#8217;s often said that the speed at which you can earn an income in an entrepreneurial environment is directly proportional to your speed of implementation. Meaning, the faster you can get stuff done whether it&#8217;s on to a new product to test a new service, run a new ad, create a back end campaign, gain new subscribers, whatever it is. The faster you can do that, the faster you&#8217;ll make revenue just make sense, right?</p>
<p>So if that is true then therefore, the most important thing we have to do is to get rid of any encumbrances that fall in your way of implementing quickly and the most dangerous encumbrances of all are the ones that rob you of your focus. So let&#8217;s talk about shedding these encumbrances, right? So if the lack of focus is the most damaging thing that&#8217;s standing between us and growing our business by 500% in the next few quarters this year, then obviously we should get more focus, right? All right, I want you to consider this actually to prove this point of how important this is. Somebody a couple of years ago did a survey of big companies CEOs, great research I&#8217;ve done right somebody does survey. Therefore, it must be true is on the internet. I believe this data by the way.</p>
<p>So the survey was conducted of all these CEOs of Fortune 500 and the larger companies. Guys that are &#8212; I&#8217;ve got men and women making gazillion dollars to run these huge organizations and the basic question post to these people was out of the 10-12 hours per day that you&#8217;re working, how many hours are you actually doing productive work during that period of the day? During these &#8220;work hours&#8221; and the average response was roughly 90 minutes per CEO. Meaning, they were doing the stuff they were getting paid for, for about 90 minutes a day and the rest of the day that nine plus hours because these guys work forever. The rest of the day will spent doing totally random things like dealing with employees being interrupted, having pointless meetings so forth and so on. And you and I are no different.</p>
<p>Now, our businesses are substantially different and this huge Fortune 500 companies that&#8217;s why we are in the business we&#8217;re in so we don&#8217;t have to do that kind of stuff. But we are faced with the same level of destruction and the point I&#8217;m trying to tell you is that if we can eliminate that destruction and increase our productivity just in terms of time alone we can double our income. So I&#8217;ll prove it to you. So, let&#8217;s say that we work about six hours a day. Six to eight hours a day in our businesses so that&#8217;s the amount of time that we designate being online.</p>
<p>Now, if we&#8217;re honest about this as a group we could probably come up with a similar situation this Fortune 500 CEOs. After all, the internet is probably the greatest attention deficit disorder vortex in the history of mankind. So, we&#8217;ll get started writing on that or something and then we&#8217;ll get a little tired of writing them. So it&#8217;s like, &#8220;Wow! We might as well make a post on Facebook.&#8221; You go make a post on Facebook then you go back to writing the ad and this wonderful when you want to said anything about my post on Facebook.</p>
<p>You go, &#8220;You look at the post on Facebook. There are three people coming on my post on Facebook. I&#8217;m going to make a snarky comment back.&#8221; And then you go back to writing your ad maybe but then you might go look on Twitter to see if anyone has retweeted your post on Facebook and then you&#8217;ll say something about some other guy on Facebook. Then you&#8217;ll go and see what he said about you and so forth and so on. The next thing you know you spend about five hours doing that kind of stuff between blogs, forums, Facebook, Twitter and all the other things that are really fun to do on the internet instead of working.</p>

<p>Well, when we focus on those kinds of things we&#8217;re not making money clearly. So if we sort of analyze the daily behavior of the average internet marketer like us. My belief is that it&#8217;s about two hours of real productive work. So I&#8217;ll define a real productive work by the way. Real productive work is defined by anything that falls into these two categories. Category number one is staff that gets customers and money, so that could be writing ad copy, it could be placing ads, it could be shooting sales videos, it could making joint venture deals. All of the above stands in the category of customer acquisition. The other category is simply fulfillment of promises that is doing the staff that they&#8217;re paying you to do such as delivering the product, making sure the software you&#8217;re selling runs properly, delivering the consulting if you&#8217;re in the consultant business and so forth.</p>
<p>Everything else outside of those categories doesn&#8217;t count really in terms of growing our business. So, probably in reality most of us are spending about two or so hours per day doing things that are directly immediately measurably related to those two categories. Rest of the time, let&#8217;s glorified screw and off and that&#8217;s fun but it&#8217;s not fun if we want to experience a 500% growth in revenue, fulfillment and value provided to the market place over the next few quarters this year.</p>
<p>So listen, if you&#8217;re worried that I&#8217;m going to tell you that add more work hours to your day don&#8217;t before you go screaming for the hills in terror that&#8217;s the last thing you&#8217;re ever going to hear from somebody like me. I prefer to work less personally and I am sure you do to. That&#8217;s why we got into this business, so we could have a lot more fun and time for you to spend with our families and doing things we like.</p>
<p>So, the answer is not to spend more time in front of the computer, instead it revolves around two things. Number one is a shift and strategy and focus and thinking and number two is your ability to determine something that I call your PVP index. So, I&#8217;ll explain what that means in a second. First, let&#8217;s go to the mind the part of it, right. Now listen, you and I are on the same email lists. I&#8217;m on the same list you are, I get the same emails you get every single day or I even get my own emails.</p>
<p>All right so, we&#8217;re getting bombarded daily. So we&#8217;ve got new opportunities for becoming a master of social media marketing for example new opportunities to become a local marketer, new opportunities to become a master of mobile marketing, new opportunities to improve your skills as an info marketer, new opportunities to make money as a speaker, new opportunities to be an affiliate marketer or a CPA marketer or a joint venture broker or whatever it is. This constant bombardment of new opportunities and you know what, they&#8217;re probably all great really. At the end of the day they&#8217;re probably great opportunities and all of them are good for the right person.</p>
<p>But if we focus on them it&#8217;s going to totally rob us of money in our business, the reason why is focusing on and chasing opportunity after opportunity almost always leads to frustration and usually the absence of money. Whereas, focusing on a fundamental law of wealth attraction is the better way to go. And if you couple this with strategic planning and promotion well now you have the foundation that really build something great in your business. So let me share it with you. So here&#8217;s the law when it comes to the attraction of money into your business. It is this. &#8220;Money is attracted to that which brings the most value to the market place.&#8221; There&#8217;s really nothing other than that, sure in the short term. The most glitzy sales message maybe the winner and the short term the best packaging may bring the most money but in the long term money is attracted to that which brings the most value to the marketplace. Always has been, always will be we can&#8217;t change it. I might as well go with this current.</p>
<p>So, I want you to wait a minute here. All right, so I said something that probably sounds totally obvious and I also talk about attracting money into your business. So we&#8217;re certainly not going to go down the rabbit hole. The metaphysical wall of attraction and so forth and so on that&#8217;s neither here nor there as it relates to this conversation and I&#8217;m not trying to tell you the fundamental basics. I want to share with you a particular strategy that can actually cause you to involuntarily and effortlessly double if not triple the amount of actual productive time that you&#8217;re spending in your business. And I will explain why that&#8217;s important when I get done sharing this technique with you.</p>
<p>So I want you to think about this. If it&#8217;s true, if this law is true that money is attracted to that which delivers the most value to the market place. The question now becomes how do we deliver the most value to the market place and the usual answer is well we come up with the superior product, which is true but in order to even do that. In order to do anything that falls into the umbrella of delivering the most value to the marketplace we have to have a substantial amount of energy and drive. And if you fine yourself destructed during the day, going on forum, Facebook, basically goofing of instead of doing the things that fall into two categories of actual productive work is because of a fundamental lack of energy and drive. And you&#8217;re certainly not to be blamed for it, this happens to the best of us. It happened to me personally for years until I figure this stuff out.</p>

<p>So in order to gain the energy and drive in an effortless manner certain criteria have to be met. The most important of which is the activity that you engage in the productive activity that you engage in during your day has to all score highly on what I call the PVP index. I&#8217;m going to through an exercise with you and explain what that means in just a second. Before I do I want to tell you how I learned this. The majority of my business these days is working with million dollar plus entrepreneurs to help them achieve a five times grater revenue in their business and many of these people who are in the eighth figure businesses really, really big businesses very successful people. I think you&#8217;ll be happy to know that they have the same issues that everybody else does. They&#8217;re constantly bombarded with multiple opportunities all throughout the day just like you. As a matter of fact, here&#8217;s the deal. The more successful you become the more opportunities you&#8217;ll be bombarded with which can be good and bad but usually as a major destruction.</p>
<p>As a matter of fact, the second thing that&#8217;s plaguing these folks is destruction. So they&#8217;re constantly destructed by all manner of things not just opportunities but now as the company gets bigger and they&#8217;re more successful. There are demands on their time and attention from things often which do not fall into the category of those two pieces, either direct acquisition of customers and money or fulfilling on the promise. So they have the same problems that you and I do and as these problems that ultimately lead to a massive loss focus and therefore, a massive a loss of revenue. Now before I explain how to cure this I want to tell you why it&#8217;s so important. Now let&#8217;s assume just for the sake of easy Math that the average internet marketer earns $10,000 a month. And who knows what you may earn is irrelevant for the sake of easy Math we&#8217;re going to use as $10,000 per month example.</p>
<p>And let&#8217;s assume that you work two hours of actual productive work per day. So for two hours on average you&#8217;re either writing sales copy, placing ads, analyzing those ads, doing joint ventures deals or you&#8217;re creating products fulfilling on the promises that got you the money in the first place and so forth. All other activities and what I call a state of reaction whether you&#8217;re messing around, looking on Facebook or the phones ringing and it&#8217;s driving you crazy or people will let you get anything done so forth and so on. So if this is true that means that in this example two hours of productivity per day equals $10,000. Therefore, if we could convert two additional hours of the time spent in the state of reaction or destruction in the productivity that means that you would have four hours of productive working time per day which therefore if all things remain constant should yield an additional $10,000 on monthly revenue.</p>
<p>So I propose to you that you literally can double the size of your business almost immediately by focusing 100% of your attention on activity that scores high on your PVP index. So, what is this PVP index? Well, it&#8217;s a strategy I created to help my seven and eight figure-consulting clients come up with the activities that are directly responsible for them getting those seven and eight figures so we can double those numbers in size. And I like to share it with you. So what we want to do in this exercise is we want to get you in the zone. We want to have you do an activity that is both personally fulfilling to you, highly valuable to your market place and very profitable for you because when you&#8217;re in that zone and that&#8217;s where your time is focused it&#8217;s almost impossible for you to be destructed or tempted by other opportunities.</p>
<p>This PVP index exercise will really create almost in an invisible barrier around you that will keep destruction completely at bay allowing you to focus the majority of your work time on stuff that either attracts customers and money into your business or fulfills on the promises. So, sounds pretty good. They&#8217;ve been spending all of your time doing something that&#8217;s fulfilling valuable to the market place and widely profitable to you. Well, in order to do it we need to do an exercise. And it is a very easy exercise but it involves some very, very complex technical equipment.</p>
<p>First of all, you need a legal pad or an illegal pad if you&#8217;re feeling crazy and a pen, all right? So that is the extent of the technological equipment that we&#8217;re going to need today. What I&#8217;d like to do is turn the old legal pad sideways and draw three vertical lines just all the way down the sheet there. Just in space them evenly apart. So what we&#8217;re going to do now is about I don&#8217;t know two inches or so from the top we&#8217;re going to draw a horizontal line across the page. So you got to kind of a bunch of boxes there at the top of your page. So in the first box all over there on the top left you want to write the word activity. In your second box, you want to write the word personal fulfillment I guess that&#8217;s two words isn&#8217;t it? In your third box write value to market place and then your fourth and final box write profitability.</p>

<p>Now, here&#8217;s how we figure all these stuff out. The first thing we&#8217;re going to do is we&#8217;re going to list all the activity that you can do that brings in money into your business. Now, I don&#8217;t mean all the activity you could potentially do if you gain the skills to do it or so forth. I&#8217;m talking about the stuff that you do now that can bring in revenue to your business. So I&#8217;ll give you an example from my own personal worksheet because I&#8217;m doing this with you as we go along.</p>
<p>So what I&#8217;ve done as I&#8217;ve written down all the activity in the far left hand corner there under the heading or on the far left hand column rather under the heading activity. So my activities or launches consulting, coaching and affiliate promotions. Now is there other stuff? Yes, but I don&#8217;t want this video to be 10 years long. So I&#8217;m just going to put in the main stuff there that I have. So, in your sheet your work sheet you&#8217;re going to have the same thing. You&#8217;re going to have a column that says activity and then a bunch of a stuff that you&#8217;ve written down there for your activities. Now be sure to put a little bit of space between each activity because under the very first activity I want you to draw a horizontal line going all the way across the page. And I want you to do the same thing under each other activities.</p>
<p>So now, every activity has its own horizontal column and the reason this is important is because in the columns next to it under the personal fulfillment that value the market place and profitability labels and we&#8217;re going to put a score of one to ten and that&#8217;s going to be our index score. Okay, so let&#8217;s start with launches. So for personal fulfillment I&#8217;ve put four which I know might sound surprising to you because I&#8217;ve done so many launches in the past and they&#8217;ve been very lucrative for me but personally I find launches very, very stressful. And the massive amount of public attention I get is can be a little bit unnerving for me personally. So, on the scale of one to ten, in terms of personal fulfillment from product launches is about a four for me, not my favorite thing to do. I put for value to the market place I put a seven and the reason I put a seven there is because really when it comes to launches since you&#8217;re dealing with so many affiliates and so many affiliates are reaching out to their tribes for a lack of a better word.</p>
<p>I really don&#8217;t know who those tribes are. So I have no way of knowing whether the product or the pre-launched material is actually being received by the people it&#8217;s intended for or whether it&#8217;s being received by a group of people that is really not appropriate for at all. So and with that in mind I personally put a value of seven in terms of value to the market place. Now for profitability, I&#8217;ve given it a score of six, which it might surprise you because you&#8217;ve always heard how product launches are amazing and they&#8217;re really are quite amazing. You can generate revenue really quickly. But if you look at any major product launch it&#8217;s largely affiliate driven therefore, at least 50% of your profits are going to go to your affiliates who sent you all of those sales.</p>
<p>Then of course, you have the extra staff that you&#8217;re going to need to support the massive influx of customers and the cost of producing the product and so forth. So for me personally, from my standpoint and perspective I&#8217;ll assign product launches a score of six on the profitability index and now we&#8217;re going to do some Math. So we&#8217;re going to add the four personal fulfilment to the seven of value to market place to the six of profitability and that gives us 17 and you just draw an extra vertical line down your page if you want to as the very last column here and put the total score there or you can just write it if you want to over by the activity itself. It doesn&#8217;t really matter only person that will see this is you. By the way, unless of course you&#8217;re making a video about it and nationally like I am and then everybody is going to see it.</p>
<p>Okay, so we&#8217;re going for the next activity for me personally which is consulting. So in personal fulfilment I&#8217;ve put that as a 10 because I&#8217;m working with incredibly successful entrepreneurs. I really enjoy their company a lot, a very, very small tweaks can be made by me to their businesses for massive results to them which is great that leads to a score of 10 as well. And the value to the market place area because I&#8217;m working individually with this people. There&#8217;s no possible way they can&#8217;t get a positive or rely on their interaction with me because I&#8217;m literally guiding them through new campaigns and teaching them and helping them adhere to the three tactics, the three master tactics and then I go over with you in a minute. So I put the value through the market place there as 10 on profitability, I put this as an eight.</p>
<p>Now why would be an eight? Well, I certainly enjoy it. It is very lucrative to me because I charge an arm and a leg for consulting. However, at the end of the day I&#8217;m trading time for money. So, there&#8217;s not particularly scalable. So, I&#8217;m going to give it an eight on the PVP score under the head of the category there of profitability. So the total now for consulting for me on the PVP index is 28 so I&#8217;m just going to put that in my last column. You&#8217;ll put your score wherever you want to. Maybe just now to our next activity, which is coaching for me, right? So, again personal fulfillment is 10 where I&#8217;ll be coaching. I work very, very small groups of people where I could still get a great deal of personal interaction with them. I could help them a lot and typically my coaching clients that I worked with personally in this small group environments get a tremendous amount of value out if and they tell me so and it&#8217;s awesome.</p>

<p>So I&#8217;m going to give it a score of 10 in terms of the value to the marketplace and for profitability I&#8217;m also going to give it a 10 because of the way I have it structured I&#8217;m able to leverage the knowledge to a group of people who are all paying. Therefore, I&#8217;m not trading as much time for money. So, look at that group coaching is a perfect 10 out of 10 for me or everything with the score of 30. And that leads us finally to my final activity here which is affiliate promotions. So for me personal fulfillment on that is about a two. This doesn&#8217;t really do it for me. I&#8217;m not adverse to it or anything but it doesn&#8217;t really get me going in the morning so I&#8217;ll put it as a two. Value to the market place I&#8217;ll put it as seven. Now I would never promote anything that I didn&#8217;t think was a 10 on the value to market place scale. So the reason I&#8217;m going to put it as a seven is because look, we&#8217;re all on the same lists.</p>
<p>So when I send out a promotion for the very same thing that my list a promotion for 10 minutes ago, I feel like it kind of diminishes from their experience and therefore, I give it about a seven on the value to the market place. I think the over saturation of marketing messages detracts from the otherwise 10 value of the product. So I&#8217;ll give it a seven there. In terms of profitability I give it yet another 10 because with affiliate marketing of course I get paid but I don&#8217;t have to actually do anything in terms of &#8212; for the money other than press send on an email or write a blog post or something. So that&#8217;s a pretty sweet score on that one. So the total score, the total PVP score for affiliate promotions is going to be a 19.</p>
<p>Okay, great so that&#8217;s the PVP index. And really if you think about it you can immediately double your business by focusing only on that which scores near at 30 on your PVP index, why? Well, two reasons. First of all, if you remember one of the columns in the PVP index that you&#8217;re adding up was the profitability score. So, logic says that if you focus on the activities that are most profitable then therefore, your profits will go up. However, it&#8217;s a little more powerful because like I said when you&#8217;re focusing on things that are personally fulfilling to you and adding value to the market place and profitable well it seems effortless it&#8217;s not like work because like the stuff you would almost do for free and because of that you&#8217;re going to spend more time in your productive work. Therefore, if our equation from earlier holds through that if two hours per day equals $10,000 per month that are hypothetical example and you just doubled the amount of productive work that you&#8217;re doing per day and it doesn&#8217;t you feel like work well, if you doubled the amount of productive work that you&#8217;re doing and therefore, logic dictates you would double the amount of revenue that you&#8217;ve made but that&#8217;s just the beginning.</p>
<p>If we&#8217;re going to grow our business five times over the next couple of quarters we&#8217;re going to do a little bit more than that and this is going to be really, really fun. So pillar number two if you remember is to commit to the three master strategies. Now here&#8217;s where I&#8217;ve got really, really good news for you. So I know you&#8217;re bombarded constantly with all these new strategic ways to make more money on the internet with the new viral method or whatever these are all wonderful. But the fact to the matter is there are really only three core strategies we need to focus on for exponential rapid business growth. So now a supply master strategy number one which is to increase the average transaction size. So you have a hundred customers coming in every month, they spend a hundred hours now.</p>
<p>Let&#8217;s increase the average transaction size. We&#8217;ll do some up-sells on your checkout page. We&#8217;ll do some cross selling and we&#8217;ll do some one click up-sells throughout your sales process and we&#8217;ll now get those 100 people as a result of that to spend $200 each by the time they&#8217;ve checked out with you. Well, we just doubled your revenue right there. So now we have a 100 customers, the same amount of customers but now they&#8217;ve spend $200 each which have taken you immediately from $10,000 to $20,000 in revenue.</p>
<p>Now let&#8217;s look at master strategy number two which is to increase the overall customer value. Now people say lifetime customer value. I&#8217;m going to focus on a 90 day period is easier. So now let&#8217;s say that we get those 100 customers who have already just given you $200 total. Let&#8217;s get those guys to come back over the next 90 days and give you another $100. Now you&#8217;ve got and total over the next quarter, you&#8217;ve got a hundred customers who have now given you $300 each therefore, growing your revenue to $30,000 a month. Now it&#8217;s time to get new customers. And look at the power of small numbers in this example, all right? If you just got 35 extra customers per month in this situation, your total revenue would now be with those new numbers in place, it will go from $10,000 to $40,500 per month in revenue over 400% increase in revenue.</p>

<p>If you just got another 35 customers and now you have a total of a 170 customers per month still with that $300 average customer value for the quarter. Now your revenue is going to be $51,000 from that group of customers. And if you doubled your amount of customers from 100 to 200 now your revenue is $60,000. That&#8217;s a 600% increase in revenue now from your business. Now, let&#8217;s look at the very first thing we talk about which was the importance of removing the encumbrances. So remember, in this example I&#8217;m giving you I said we&#8217;re still doing that thing or we&#8217;re just doing the two actual hours of productive work per day.</p>
<p>So now, we&#8217;re doing that and we&#8217;ve gone from $10,000 to $60,000. Now, think about the importance of that stuff I talked about earlier. Think about the importance of removing the encumbrance and gaining focus. If in this context now we really get conscious of this and we make that dedicated effort to double our amount of productivity. Well if all numbers remain the same and we&#8217;re getting $60,000 a month that of our two hours of real productive work per day and we double the real productive work per day to four hours or triple it to six. Well, now we&#8217;re doubling something substantial. So now we can take that business from $60,000 a month to a $120,000 a month or to a quarter million dollars a month or to half a million a month or whatever it maybe. But none of that is possible unless we think strategically unless we have that clarity of focus and purpose. If we continue to things the way we&#8217;ve always done then we&#8217;re going to get the same results we always get. We might get a couple of group flashes of extra profits here and there but typically, we fall back down to the baseline.</p>
<p>So now we&#8217;ve covered pillars one and two. Pillar number one we get our focus, get rid of those encumbrances. Pillar number two we&#8217;re going to focus on the three master strategies. Now pillar number three is pretty easy. It&#8217;s deploy, prove and tactics. See, now that we have this strategic plan to go forth and double or triple or quadruple our transaction size of the time of checkout, now we have our master plan to double, triple, quadruple, the quarterly value of a customer. Now we have a master of strategy and plan to increase the amount of new customers we&#8217;re getting in the first place.</p>
<p>Well, why in the world we want to reinvent the will to carry all those things out because what do you couple with strategy? Well, you couple of tactics with strategy. So in order to really carry through the strategies rather than reinventing the wheel and trying to chase the next new shiny object is so much easier and faster more efficient, if we just follow the proven tactics to get new customers which of course is simply a matter of increasing your conversions and increasing traffic measurably. And of course the proven, classically proven technique for increasing the average transactional value from that first purchase is up-selling on your checkout page and then having one click up-sells during your checkout process. And naturally, the proven tactic for increasing that quarterly value of a customer is simply deploying a smart strategic back in the marketing sequence.</p>
<p>So, if we just stick to those things that are proven to work overtime is really, really difficult to screw that up. So that&#8217;s a pretty easy pillar. So pillar number four sounds a little bit weird. Pillar number four grow towards the sun and the reason I talked about and the reason I used that language is because you know how the sun light, the more powerful the sunlight is, the higher and faster a plant will grow typically? Well, the same is true for our business and one of the things that really causes growth within our businesses is our associations and the people we&#8217;re with and our peer group. So the best advice I could give you in terms of this context of growing towards the sun is get yourself in a peer group of people who have the same aspirations as you are. So heard a very, very wise quote one time, it said something like this. It said that, &#8220;Our accomplishments are directly proportional to the expectations of our peer group.&#8221; And that&#8217;s exactly what I mean when I say growth towards the sun.</p>
<p>If we align ourselves with a very powerful peer group who hold us accountable to higher standards that we set for ourselves and that they also set for us we can&#8217;t help but grow but if we associate with and surround ourselves with people who will let us get away with goofing off most of the time, not delivering the most value that we can and not growing our businesses to provide the most value to the market place into ourselves and be personally fulfilling to us then we will never, ever grow.</p>
<p>I think pillar number four may very will be the most important pillar because when you associate and surround yourselves with this peer group that have these high standards and expectations of you, you really can&#8217;t help but implement the other three pillars because you rise up towards those standards and expectations just as a plant would rise up towards the light of a bright sun.</p>

<p>So I&#8217;d like to invite you now personally to associate with a new peer group. If this state of the internet address really resonated with you and you saw the value in gaining this clarity in your business and you saw the importance of focusing all of your activity on that which is both fulfilling to you simultaneously valuable to your market place and the most profitable to you. So every month I want to give you a specific action plan on how to increase your transaction size, increase the value, the quarterly value of a customer and or increase the amount of customers you&#8217;re getting. Then after I&#8217;ve given you this master plan and this action plan, you and the rest of the group members are going to talk to me twice a month on implementation calls.</p>
<p>So during these calls is just as a very small group and our focus is on nothing other than implementing these action plans that are specifically designed over the course of these three quarters to grow your business by 500%. Additionally, we meet three times per year in person in my home, so here how the live meetings in my home work. Now, you probably heard of masterminds before and like I said, this is nothing like that. Typically, the mastermind environment you have a bunch of people sitting around and they&#8217;ll kind of brainstorm about each others businesses and so forth. Personally, I participated in lots of those and I find them to be pretty good for about 15 minutes and then you just get tired of sitting around, listening to everybody else talk about their businesses.</p>
<p>So the way our meetings will work is substantially different. Instead we have a very set specific agenda specifically geared towards growing our businesses by 500% and what that means is that I lead the group through exercises and demonstrations of new tactics used to deploy any of the three master strategies. So everything we do whether we&#8217;re meeting in person at my home or we&#8217;re speaking on the phone with the group or we&#8217;re interacting at our member&#8217;s forum is all geared towards tactics to deploy the three master strategies. To increase the amount of customers you have, to increase your total customer value. To increase your average transactions sizes. That&#8217;s all we care about really and of course to deliver value to your market place.</p>
<p>And all of that is wrapped around our governing mission by focusing only on activities the score of 30 on the PVP index chart like I&#8217;ve discussed with you earlier. Meaning instead of working hard we&#8217;re leading very, very fulfilled lives for providing the most value we possibly can to our market places in our communities and of course or generating the most profits we can for our business, so we can give back to our communities, so we can support our families and have the lifestyles that we all desire.</p>

<p>Hello, my name is Frank Kern and this is the state of the internet address first quarter 2012. Normally, this is the part where we would address the good, the bad and the ugly of 2011 but quite obviously 2011 is behind us, never to be retrieved and there is only one direction to go and that direction is forward. So let&#8217;s take this time together now to talk about how to ensure that this community has a fabulous year in 2012 and possibly our best year ever.</p>
<p>Now, let&#8217;s talk about some things that seriously need to be addressed within the community. There are three main pillars of our businesses that we have to have in order to have successful businesses. Those pillars are good technology, good marketing and a magic bullet. Now, a magic bullet is my term for an exceptionally good product. The problem we have in this marketplace is that there has been a reverse polarity on the emphasis of the pillars, meaning, most of us are paying the most attention to the least important pillar, paying the second amount of attention to the second least important pillar and paying the least of amount of attention to the most important pillar.</p>
<p>So let me explain, most of us are focusing 90% of our efforts right now on technology, which is in reality, the very least important pillar of having an exceptionally successful business that not only helps yourself and your family but also helps your community and your customers. Now, in our community, technology is where people focus the most. It&#8217;s pitched as and sold as almost an antidote to a fundamental ingredient we have to have which is hard work. So oftentimes, we&#8217;re bombarded with promotions and messages saying that all of our dreams will come true if only we have the right technology. And I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ve seen these types of promotions, right? Such as magical software where you press a few buttons and money appears into your bank account, right? So that&#8217;s one extreme example of technology being promoted as an antidote to hard work.</p>
<p>However, in reality technology, especially when focused on and used improperly, diverts your attention from serving your customers and making their lives better, myers your business down in unnecessary complexity and causes you to lose focus on your primary mission which of course is to help your community best serve your customers and make as much money as you can in the process. So think about it this way, if your business was a car, technology would be like the paint job of your car. Nice to have, really cool to have a really flashy paint job but at the end of the day, not going to have any effect whether or not your car gets from point A to point B in an efficient manner.</p>
<p>So while technology is nice and it&#8217;s important, it is not where our focus should be and focusing on technology has been from my perspective, a critical flaw in our community in the past 12 months. And if that flaw continues, we will suffer. As a matter of fact, the only purpose of technology in your business or any business such as ours is to deliver the right marketing message about an excellent product to the right market at the right time. And that bears is repeating. Once again, the sole focus of technology in your business should be nothing other than to deliver the right message about an excellent product to the right market at the right time. Other than that, it&#8217;s a waste of time.</p>
<p>So to focus on getting as many random Twitter followers as possible or to focus on getting a lot of people to like something on Facebook page is not the best use of time in comparison to developing an excellent product, finding a market of people who can genuinely benefit from that product and then sending the right marketing message to those people at the right time.</p>
<p>So that brings us to the second pillar, which is marketing. Now, a good understanding of marketing is critical for your success. However, our community is still focusing significantly more attention on marketing and marketing alone than it actually deserves. This problem of over focusing on marketing has grown into a much bigger problem which is now a sense of overwhelm that has been pervasive throughout our community now for a number of years. Now, this sense of overwhelm is due to several things. One of the biggest problems that we&#8217;re facing right now is we have an identity crisis within our community.</p>
<p>Let me explain that. We call ourselves internet marketers, right? And we believe that we&#8217;re in the business of internet marketing. However, if you have a successful business then you&#8217;ll know that that belief could not be farther from reality. The fact of the matter is that we are absolutely not in the internet marketing business. As a matter of fact, there is zero money in internet marketing. Now, I know this is probably a very, very controversial and somewhat shocking statement to hear from me, especially someone who is considered a leader in the internet marketing community, but I&#8217;ll say it again. We are not in the business of internet marketing and there is absolutely no money in internet marketing alone.</p>
<p>So here is the fact of the matter, marketing in and of itself does not produce money. The only time a profit is made and the lives of others are genuinely influenced and helped is when something is sold. So to believe that we&#8217;re in the business of marketing is a terrible false belief that&#8217;s only going to cause us to lose focus on what&#8217;s really important and not be as profitable and successful as we can. Instead, we need to come to a solid understanding that we make money by selling on the internet not simply by marketing. And in order to get to that point, we need to understand what internet marketing means in reality.</p>
<p>So here&#8217;s the definition of internet marketing as I see it. Internet marketing is using the internet to deliver the right message about an excellent product to the right people at the right time, period. That&#8217;s the function of marketing. I&#8217;ll say it again. It goes hand in hand with technology, delivering the right message about an excellent product to the right people at the right time. Anything else is fluff and a waste of time. So while the definition of marketing is simple and should be painfully obvious, we have to ask ourselves the question, how come we&#8217;re not as successful as we want to be, right? Well, I&#8217;ve already stated number one, people are focusing way too much on technology and not enough on marketing. Number two, they&#8217;re focusing way too much on marketing and not what makes marketing actually work which is selling and there is something behind selling that will make selling a lot easier. But before we get into that, I want to address why people do not succeed when it comes to their marketing in general and how you can personally be significantly more successful with your marketing efforts in 2012.</p>
<p>So, here&#8217;s the deal. There are two really, really big reasons why this whole marketing thing and selling thing and internet business altogether becomes so frustrating and challenging to so many of us in this community. The second biggest problem that we have is a sense of overwhelm. And overwhelm from my perspective is defined as trying to do too much at one time or being so overwhelmed that you actually do nothing at all. And both of these symptoms of overwhelm are brought on primarily by one root cause. And that single root cause of overwhelm is simply this, a lack of a set of concrete goals and the absence of a simple yet effective plan to get there.</p>
<p>So when we don&#8217;t have these in place in our business and in our community, what we live in is a state of reaction. And you might have seen this in your own life or in the lives of people you care about. The state of reaction can lead to you receiving countless emails from different promotions in your inbox and feeling the need to respond to and pay attention to all of them. This often leads us to run around metaphorically speaking like chickens with our head cut off looking into various aspects of the internet marketing business yet focusing on none and ultimately achieving absolutely zero results.</p>
<p>However, when we have a concrete set of goals and a simple plan to get there, we now have focus and that focus is the cure for overwhelm but we&#8217;ll never have it without the set of goals and the simple plan. So now, we dig a little bit deeper and say, Okay, well this seems obvious but what is preventing us from doing the obvious, which is to set the concrete goals and to develop a simple plan. And that leads us to the biggest cause of this problem, which is the lack of something, absolutely amazing to sell.</p>
<p>Now here&#8217;s the deal with that. When you have something truly amazing to offer your community and your customers, you will intuitively and immediately know exactly how to go about selling it. You will have instant focus and almost an instant plan of action because what you have is so important to both you and the end-user.</p>
<p>And here is an undeniable fact, when you have something that&#8217;s truly amazing and excellent to offer to your community, when you put that product in front of the right market at the right time in their lives then selling becomes easy and use of the latest gizmo technology or use of the latest Jiu Jitsu type of marketing becomes completely unnecessary and let me prove this by asking you to imagine something.</p>
<p>Now, imagine you had a product that was one of the best products if not the single best product of its kind ever made, a product that could truly revolutionize the lives of the people who used it, making their lives easier, more fun, more engaging with others and more entertaining. That product I&#8217;m taking about is the good old iPhone. Now whether or not you use one of these things or a fan of Apple is irrelevant, right? We cannot deny the fact that before this thing came out, life was totally different for its users, right? I mean, how else could you walk around and check email, take cool pictures, make obnoxious movies of yourself and email them or text them to your friends, set reminders by voice, search the internet in the palm of your hand, so forth and so on, right?</p>
<p>The iPhone is truly a magic bullet revolutionary, amazing product. So imagine you have this and you&#8217;re walking into a room full of people who enjoy listening to music and mp3 players and like taking pictures and like talking on cell phones. And they&#8217;ve never had one of these. How hard do you think it would be for you to sell this to them? How hard do you think it would be for you to come up with an accurate, good sales pitch to make for these folks? How difficult do you think it would really be for you to come up with a marketing strategy to put the message about the iPhone in front of these people? Probably not very difficult at all.</p>
<p>As a matter of fact, really all you&#8217;d have to do is walk into the room and maybe get on FaceTime with one of your friends or something and be like, Hey, dude check this out. I&#8217;m talking to my buddy, he&#8217;s over in Australia and here&#8217;s a picture of him right now and he can see you. Say hi. The person you showed it to would be like, Dude, that&#8217;s unbelievable. What is that thing? That&#8217;s the iPhone. Can I have one? Yes. Bam. Transaction complete, mission accomplished, right?</p>
<p>So, if it&#8217;s that easy selling something that&#8217;s revolutionary as an iPhone and that&#8217;s all it takes really to be successful in the business then what therefore is the single most important pillar of our business. Obviously, the most important pillar of our business is not technology. It is not marketing and salesmanship. It is the development of, the creation of and the offering of products that are truly magic bullets to the user. And here is what I mean specifically by magic bullet, right? Because that term can have negative connotations and I don&#8217;t want you to associate those negative connotations with it in this context.</p>
<p>So the definition of a magic bullet in this context that I&#8217;m talking to you right now is a product so exceptionally good, your customers have an experience, which is almost magical in their eyes. I&#8217;ll say it again. A magic bullet is a product so exceptionally good that your customers have an experience from it, which is almost magical in their eyes. So in the technology world, iPhone clearly right? Magic bullet, unbelievable product. Yeah, sure, sometimes AT&amp;T drops the calls or whatever but still overall, unbelievable how cool this iPhone is, right?</p>
<p>On a global scale, think of the internet. That&#8217;s a revolutionary invention. Whoever invented it, Al Gore, right? The internet, unbelievable, magic bullet, changed the face of communication and commerce forever That is the definition and example of magic bullet-type products, something so exceptionally good that your customer when they finally have this, says to themselves, How can I have possibly lived without this? And for all of us, me personally use the iPhone. I think it&#8217;s amazing. For all of us, we can agree on the internet, right? Could you imagine conducting our businesses without this? How in the world will we reach people on a global scale without the internet?</p>
<p>So this is the type of stuff. In order for us to make 2012 exceptional, this is what we as a community need to focus on, creating products that are truly viewed as by our customers magic bullets, amazing, revolutionary, life-changing. So this leads us to a point and a question that&#8217;s probably already forming in your mind which is, Okay, Frank I understand this. This is great but you&#8217;re giving me examples of physical products such as the iPhone. Well, I&#8217;m not Apple or the internet. I&#8217;m not going to go out and create the internet. As a matter of fact, most people in our community aren&#8217;t selling tangible products at all. We&#8217;re selling some sort of information or a service. Well, this leads us to yet another serious problem. It is afflicting our community, impeding our ability to get the results we want and truly help people but fortunately can be remedied almost immediately.</p>
<p>So here&#8217;s the problem. We&#8217;re having yet another identity crisis. And the identity crisis is we often believe that we are, if not in the internet marketing business, then we&#8217;ll believe we&#8217;re on the information marketing business. And this belief could not possibly be farther from the truth. So let me explain why this belief is false and why it&#8217;s hurting us. Here&#8217;s the deal. Most people in our community want to provide as much value to their customers in their community as possible, and that&#8217;s commendable and I&#8217;m very proud of that and I&#8217;ve always been proud to be a part of this community. I&#8217;m especially proud when I see that type of activity occurring. So we&#8217;ll say, All right, we&#8217;re in the information marketing business. We want to provide as much value as possible to our customers, in our community, and when we believe this, we use an equation which is totally false and totally not only messes us up but ultimately can be harmful to our customers.</p>
<p>And this equation is this, the more information I give, the more value I will provide. That is to say, the amount of information given is directly proportional to the amount of value received by our customers and that&#8217;s completely wrong. Because the fact of the matter is, we&#8217;re not even remotely in the information marketing business at all. None of our customers or clientele or prospects or whatever, ever wake up in the morning saying to themselves, Damn, you know what I really need today is some more information because by God there is simply not enough information in my life. Nobody wants more information.</p>
<p>So instead, what&#8217;s really occurring in reality is our customers and prospect. Wake up in the morning or wake up from a cold sweat or whatever it maybe and they&#8217;re after more results. They want a specific result. They could care less about information. As a matter of fact, when we use this more information equals more value equation and apply it to our businesses, we really mire our customers down and cause them sometimes to get less results because the more information they receive, they think they have to process all this information. They become overwhelmed often just like we become overwhelmed and we get too much information about how to run a successful internet business, right?</p>
<p>So in reality, we are not in the internet marketing business. We are not in the information marketing business. We are in the business of results, period. And there&#8217;s nothing more important to our business and our long-term success than focusing 100% of our efforts in our businesses on how we can quickly and efficiently improve the results that we are delivering to our clients. When we do this excellently, we have really that magic bullet. We have the equivalent of the iPhone. And then when you have that type of incredible result that you can guide your customer to, all the marketing Jiu Jitsu that you&#8217;ve been bombarded with becomes completely unnecessary. This imaginary perception that we need a billion followers on Twitter or more likes to our Facebook pages falls away and instead you realize, Okay, here&#8217;s what I&#8217;ve got, truly something that&#8217;s revolutionary and can help people, and here&#8217;s a simple set of goals and a plan of action to help as many people as I can.</p>
<p>So the creation of the magic bullet is the most important pillar that we should focus on in our business. So I urge this community to flip the stack of pillars upside down. Let&#8217;s replace technology as our primary focus with the creation of a magic bullet. Let&#8217;s focus on that. How can we get the best results possible, the most efficiently for our customers? Then let&#8217;s focus on marketing. How can we get the right message about this excellent product to the right people at the right time? And then finally and only, should we ever even consider technology which is nothing other than tools that we can use to more effectively spread our marketing message.</p>
<p>So now, let me give you the final accurate definition of a magic bullet product as it applies to business like most of us have where we sell information or services and help people get results. You have successfully created a magic bullet when you can efficiently guide your customer toward an end result which will provide massive transformational value in his life. When you have that and you deliver that result to your customer efficiently with the least effort and hassle possible to him, then you have a magic bullet. And then you have something that&#8217;s truly worth marketing. Then you have something that&#8217;s truly worth building a business around and then you have the foundation for long-term success and long-term contribution both to your own bank account and to the positive lives of other people.</p>

<p>And that&#8217;s the most important thing that we could possibly as a community strive for. So now, we&#8217;ve done as we have shifted the polarity in terms of where our focus is on our business, right? So we know that in order to be really successful and help other people as well as ourselves, of our community and our family, we need to focus on providing there&#8217;s much value to our marketplace as possible by developing a product that can quickly and efficiently deliver the results to our customers at their wanting, a.k.a. a magic bullet product, that is truly revolutionary and could help them. So that when we have that foundation built, I want to talk to you about the greatest skill that you can acquire and master to truly make 2012 and beyond a very fruitful and productive year. And that skill is your ability to turn advertising into profit. That is the most important thing that we can learn to master in this community.</p>
<p>So I want to give you some harsh reality, right? And this really needs to be addressed. Our community has become over the years obsessed with the word free. Free customers by joint ventures, free traffic by email endorsement or by viral marketing or whatever. The fact of the matter is, no matter what you&#8217;re doing, you&#8217;re going to be paying for your customers. And the sooner we come to that realization and accept that as truth and embrace it as a good thing, the faster we can move towards achieving whatever it is that you want to achieve. Now, let me go back to the statement of probably one of the biggest fallacies that we have, false beliefs is that we can get free customers by joint ventures. So I want you to think about something for a minute. Let&#8217;s say you&#8217;re selling a product, it is $2000 and you&#8217;re attracting affiliates and you&#8217;re paying them commission. Typical way, it is half, right? So you&#8217;re paying them $1000 per sale.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s obvious that what&#8217;s really happening is that you&#8217;re buying customers for a thousand dollars per customer. So on one hand we say, Okay, well this is great because I&#8217;m getting a thousand dollars and free money. On the other hand, reality sinks in and you&#8217;re paying a thousand dollars to acquire that customer. Now, let&#8217;s look at this from an advertising prospective. Let&#8217;s say that we are buying traffic from something revolutionary such as Pay-Per-Click advertising, such as Google AdWords or Yahoo, MSN being whoever owns that now, it changes every 30 minutes it seems, or Facebook advertising, right? I&#8217;m not talking about generating fans. I&#8217;m talking about advertising</p>
<p>So let&#8217;s say we&#8217;re doing, the one and the easiest forms of advertising online that there is which is Pay-Per-Click, right? Let&#8217;s say you&#8217;re paying a dollar a click. Now, in the joint venture world here that we&#8217;ve all become enamored with much to the detriment in some cases of our profitability, we&#8217;ll paying a thousand dollars per sale. So if you&#8217;re paying in the advertising world a dollar per click for that same thousand dollars you&#8217;re paying to make the sale in the advertising world, you would be buying 1000 visitors. Now, let me ask you a question, if you have laid the foundation like we talked about and created a product that is truly a magic bullet to your customers, meaning once again, that it truly provides the results thereafter and the fastest and most efficient method possible, do you really think you&#8217;re going to need 1000 visitors before you make a sale? Of course not. Of course, you wouldn&#8217;t need to spend a thousand dollars to get a thousand visitors before you made one single sale.</p>
<p>That would be a conversion rate of I believe one-tenth of 1%, which is abysmally bad. So why in the world then would we as a community focus on math that just doesn&#8217;t make sense which is let me give half a month profits away to a joint venture partner instead of acquiring multiple customers through paid advertising for the same amount of money you would spend on that joint venture promotion. So we can&#8217;t deny this, we have a disproportionate fascination with free customer acquisition and free traffic. Now, the root of this I believe is a lack of belief either in our ability to convert visitors and to buyers, or most likely, and this is ugly truth brutal honesty here. Most likely, this fascination with free advertising and free customer acquisition comes from an inherent belief that the product being sold isn&#8217;t truly great. It bares to realize that if you have a product that was truly excellent then of course, you can go out and advertise that products and turn a profit on that advertising almost immediately, because the product is good and when the product is truly amazing it will sell itself.<br />

But I know that&#8217;s kind of a hard pill to swallow and of course, we can&#8217;t survive just on excellent products alone, right? In order to convert paid advertising and the profit which I guarantee you is the only formula for long-term success in this and any business you have to focus on three important things and three things only. These are the three steps to converting paid advertising into profits. Step one, is we generate leads through advertising, meaning you place an ad to get the segment of the population who is most likely to benefit the most right now from your product interested in your product.</p>
<p>Typically, we do this by offering something for free, this is going to help them get some of those as they want and exchange for permission to follow up with them later. You&#8217;ve known this for years, right? We all have it but for some reason nobody does it, we&#8217;re focusing on this free valuable stuff, get them right in Facebook fans or a billion Twitter followers or whatever, not part of the equation. So step one, we generate leads. Step two, we use good marketing and salesmanship to convert these leads into customers. When you have a truly amazing product, you don&#8217;t have to really, really use that spectacular marketing ability and salesmanship in order to convert these leads and the customers. You simply show them the benefits of your product.</p>
<p>As a matter of fact, I&#8217;ll give you the main steps that you need to go through to convert your leads and the customers right now. Step one, is you say, Here&#8217;s what I&#8217;ve got. You present the product. Step two, is you say, Here&#8217;s what it will do for you. You show them how they will get the results they want by using your product. Step three, is you say Here&#8217;s what I want you to do next, which is order the product. That&#8217;s all there is to it, assuming that your product is truly a magic, believing you could truly help them.</p>
<p>The third thing we need to focus on in terms of turning advertising in the profit is delighting your customers, satisfying your customers. Delighting your customers. We do that by exceptional customer service and more importantly by having an exceptionally good product to begin with. If you have those three things and you send paid advertising traffic to a funnel and a system that implements all three, it&#8217;s pretty hard to lose in this business. However, be warned, if you lose focus and you focus on anything out there than these three pillars I showed you and the three activities of turning paid advertising in the profit, you&#8217;re going to stay exactly where you&#8217;ve been or you&#8217;re going to slide backwards in your business.</p>
<p>The only way that we as a community can achieve long-term success and help the people that we want is to first, shift our focuses and our businesses away from being 90% focus on technology and then focus on marketing and sales Jiu Jitsu, and then sort of consider the product. We need to flip that focus on having a magic bullet amazing product that can truly revolutionize the lives of our customers and then focus on marketing, and then focus a little bit on technology. Then on the other side in terms of growing our business, a 100% of that focus needs to be on mastering the art and science, the turning paid advertising into profit. If you do these two simple things, you have the best year of your life in terms of your business in 2012.</p>

Now, I&#8217;d like you to come with me for a minute since we&#8217;re still together. Well, I&#8217;ll talk to you about something that&#8217;s very, very important. Let&#8217;s go.</p>
<p>What we&#8217;re going to do is I&#8217;m going to take you on a danger patrol and Danger Patrol is a secret code for a drive here, G-Wagen again on four-wheel drive trails while I&#8217;m making the video through your internet marketing community. Oh, things a man will do in order to go drive this car off for &#8212; after the guys have worked. But this is important stuff and I figured we take a little rub. I&#8217;d show you some cool scenery and talk to you about something that&#8217;s not really as business-related as much as it is life and overall contribution and happiness related.</p>
<p>So what we&#8217;re going to do is we&#8217;re going to drive up in this ridge alone and then I&#8217;m going to talk to you about some cool stuff that I think would be helpful to you. And they&#8217;re importantly helpful to other people when you&#8217;re off as well and we&#8217;re going to see if this Mercedes G-Wagen lives up to the hype. Apparently, these cars are bought for off-road action.</p>
<p>Dangerous for the person, very dangerous for the person. This has three inches of water.. ladies and gentle men.. but we&#8217;ve made it. The G-Wagen successfully went up to three inches in the water, incredible.</p>
<p>All right, we&#8217;ll see if we could find this cool view from up here. It was a lot hotter than I imagined it would be, strange, but it was desert area, Southern California being one.</p>
<p>Well, I&#8217;m just hoping to have an amazing view to share with you and a lot of these view is pretty cool, we kind of have a little bit of marine later a fog that sum up our rotation. So instead, I&#8217;ll just get straight to the point. I want to talk to you about something very important. Take a look at this first picture I want to share with you right now. That was a picture of me taken somewhere in 1994, topless, you&#8217;re welcome, weighing only about a 150 pounds. I was living the life back then of unbelievable debauchery. As you can see in this next photograph here, I was both an expert at cigarette smoking as well as alcohol consumption and my third and not so hidden talent was the consumption of massive quantities of drugs.</p>
<p>I was living on a 1200-acre cattle farm, renting a singlewide trailer that did not have any carpet. I could not pay my gas bills, I had no hot water and no heat.</p>

<p>On the increasingly rare occasions that I mastered up the courage to take a bath, I would have to do so by filling up one of those big plastic &#8212; big gulp cups filled with water in the microwave, put it in the microwave, get it hot, run into the bathroom, pour it in the tub, fill it up again, run back to the microwave and repeat the process. And naturally, by the time I got the second cup of water hot, the first cup that I poured in the bathtub had already gotten cool. So that was the era of the cold bathes.</p>
<p>And my occupation aside from flipping burgers in the glamorous industry of fast food, as you can tell from this next photograph, was that of a musician. And while I wasn&#8217;t must of a musician, I was certainly an expert in living the rock and roll lifestyle. As you could maybe tell about the clearly days to look on my face in this picture, I&#8217;ve been up for well over 24 hours, in fact I remember that night miraculously and I was on roughly on my 48th-hour of no sleep as a direct result of debauchery and that phase in my life, it&#8217;s abused the cliche term heading nowhere fast would really be painting a prettier picture than what it actually was. I was already nowhere and getting significantly worst and it was through a bizarre twist of faith that I ran across someone who would become my mentor and then got to be a friend of mine and that person&#8217;s name is Anthony Robbins who we all know as Tony Robbins. And I&#8217;m sure you&#8217;ve heard of Tony.</p>
<p>My stepfather loaned me a set of his cassette tapes, this is maybe ë95 now, and for some reason I barricaded myself into the backroom of yet another single-wide trailer which was my office back then and listen to the tapes everyday religiously, and it gave me a fresh perspective and it turned me into someone who became a dedicated student of determining how to be a better person, creating a plan for making that happen, and actually sticking to the plan. And when I learned from Tony, I said, Well, this guy is incredible, I wonder who he learned from.</p>
<p>So I decided to see who Tony learned from and that led me to a man who mentored Tony, his name was Jim Rohn and you might have heard of Mr. Rohn. We lost him unfortunately a couple of years ago and he&#8217;s so in this by me, and anyone whose lives he touched. Now, Mr. Rohn, his story goes that he was from a small farming community in Idaho where he came from a good family who loved him very much but in terms of material success and the trappings that come with it, there was nothing. And he went through a series of major failures in his life and finally met a mentor by the name of Earl Schoff.</p>
<p>Mr. Schoff begin to help Jim Rohn achieve success and overtime, Mr. Rohn became successful and he was invited to share what he had learned on his road to success with other people and from what I understand, he found this to be an intimidating prospect. After all, he was born and raised on a farm somewhere in the middle of Idaho when probably found the whole notion of talking to a room full of strangers to be somewhat intimidating but he overcame that fear and overcame that intimidation, made the conscious decision to go forth and share what he had learned with the hopes of helping other people. So he did that</p>
<p>One of the people that he influenced was like I said, Anthony Robbins, so fast forward a little while now, to the &#8217;80s, &#8217;90s and up to the present day when Mr. Robbins was in his full swing as he still is. Tony Robbins learns from Jim Rohn, as impacted by Mr. Rohn, goes on to touch the lives of over 35 million people, myself included. So I take what I&#8217;ve learned from Tony, what I&#8217;ve learned from Jim, what I&#8217;ve learned from other people, overcome what began as a very serious intimidation and fear of sharing my knowledge with the public and share it with you and that maybe helped touch your life and that maybe helped changed the lives of other people. That 1% in the world makes sure the lights come on, and makes sure that that water comes out of the faucet and makes sure that the roads are paved, and make sure that the police come when you call them and make sure that the ambulances work. <p>Well.. You&#8217;ve come to the right blog <img src='http://kickassreport.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  But before I get into the product it&#8217;s self.. Let&#8217;s see what we can learn from just the first 3 mintes of the sales video.</p>

<p>I would like to point out the words highlighted in <span style="background-color: #ffff99;">Yellow</span> above. Notice he said, <em>&#8220;can&#8217;t seem to teach you how to make enough money to pay your electric bill or maybe even your cell phone bill.&#8221;</em> Right there Anthony is trying to use the Bad Guys, Good Guy tactic. Positioning himself as the &#8220;Good Guy&#8221; and bring to light the widely known FACT, that most &#8220;make money&#8221; training products fail and have empty promises. In my opinion this is ment to psychologically anchor in your mind that Anthony hates this kinda stuff, and <strong>make you think he will be the Savor</strong>. The one who will actuality teach you how to make enough money to pay your bills without waisting your time.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll be the first to say.. that is BRILLIANT copywriting!</p>
<h2>..But Does Fast Cash Commissions Live Up to these Expectations?</h2>
<p>It depends on that type of person you are.</p>
<p>Seriously?</p>
<p>Yep. &#8211;  See, if you&#8217;re the type of person that has been trying to learn internet marketing on your own and are looking for a support system and don&#8217;t mind paying more money for the extra help.. Fast Cash Commissions may be a good choice for you. Why? Because Anthony&#8217;s designed the program and upsells this way.</p>
<p>For the one time payment of $47 you will only get access to the basic software tools and the training modules. You don&#8217;t get the traffic multiplier software or the virtual assistant modules. These are sold as up-sells.</p>
<p>The reason the product is structured in this way is because Anthony&#8217;s real goal is to sell coaching and mentorship. This is where he makes his real money.. and honestly where most smart product training creators make their money. It&#8217;s not a bad thing.. it&#8217;s just not for everyone.</p>
<h2>Who Should NOT Purchase</h2>
<p>If you&#8217;ve been learning internet marketing on your own for the past 6 months and have seen a Click Bank check out page a few times. There is nothing new to be learned. This product is strictly for those who have just discovered the internet and have never heard of keyword research.</p>
<h2>Criticism</h2>
<p>Anthony does not clearly explain who this product is for. Yes &#8211; it&#8217;s for those who want to make money using the internet. However, he only leverages his millionaire status and not once shows you the product or what your buying for $47.</p>
<p>Which is probably why you are here reading this post. lol</p>
<p>Anytime, I see a sales video focus so much on the &#8220;dream&#8221; and not on the product or at-least open the box for you.. I&#8217;d get suspicious.</p>
<h2>Why I Decided NOT to Promote It..</h2>
<p>My heart was really divided on this product. (A) I know there are those certain people who really need to be up-sold and convinced by a coach to get their butt off the coach and do something to change their life. (B) I also know many already struggling to-make-it interent marketers would feel even more defeated buying another product that is just filled will the same basic training and hyped up tactics they&#8217;ve learn before.</p>
<h2>A Recommendation..</h2>
<p>If option (A) is you. Buy Fast Cash Commissions.</p>
<p>If option (B) is you.. I would take the $47 you where about to spend on F.C.C. and instead purchase <a href="http://kickassreport.com/googlesniper" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Google Sniper 2.0</a>.
